5. Muxing
Once the video is encoded, you have to mux it with the audio.
If you want to encode the audio, look for a convertor on google.
You can also try to encode it with meGUI (I don't use meGUI for audio compression so I can't help you there).
Launch mkvmerge GUI.
Drag and drop the mkv file and the audio file into mkvmerge GUI.
Choose an Output filename.
Click 'Start muxing'.
Finished.
